Vermont First Children's Finance

First Children’s Finance VT is the host of BTAP (Business and Technical Assistance Program). The Vermont team also offers training and help with business decisions. There is no charge to your Vermont child care business for our services.

System for Program Access to Resources for Quality Supports (SPARQS)

SPARQS purpose is to support a culture of quality throughout Vermont’s early childhood education programs. SPARQS is funded by Vermont’s Child Development Division (CDD). SPARQS is administered by the Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children (VTAEYC).

Act 76 Changes Everything

Act 76 (H.217), an act related to child care and early childhood education, became law on June 20, 2023. The law makes major investments in Vermont’s child care system, and mandates policy changes that will impact child care in both early childhood and school-age settings.

Child Care & Early Childhood Education Trainings
